Abstract

The ritual service of Caitanya is a visualization practice which focuses upon the medeival saint/ avatara Krsna Caitanya, also called Gaura or Gauranga for his fair skin. In this practice, Caitanya is beleived to be joint incarnation of the deitious Krsna and Radha, born together in embrace in the same body, so that Krsna may experience the depths and sweetness of Radha's emotions.
