Abstract

Tiruvaymoli is a devotional text in tamil language, dedicated to the Lord Narayana- in his transcendentglory, but also as present in various avataras, in various holy places around South India, and in the inner heart of all persons. It is composed in 1,102 verses divided into 100 songs of eleven verses each; the eleventh verse of each song praises the presedding ten verse, and stresses their value and the reward that accruses to those who learn them well.
